Carolinas’ LAUNCH is back, live, and in-person on February 12th & 13th, 2025.

Join us at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa.

This two-day event will have educational breakout sessions, sprint sessions, a trade show floor, and additional league gatherings, all open for sponsorship or exhibiting. You can be a thought leader through a 45-minute breakout session presentation, or choose your level of engagement. During breaks on the trade show floor, there will be 20-minute sprint sessions, with one session per break and only three sessions available overall.

We are capping the number of exhibitors at 80 this year (last year we had 91). We normally sell out with the higher number of booths, so don’t delay in signing up.

We no longer have the option for a smaller booth size, all booths will be 8′ x 10′.

We are proud to say that we have not raised our rates on sponsor and exhibitor options in six years.

Based on feedback from last year’s show, we will be having a reception for the attendees in the exhibit hall on the first evening of the event.

Present a 20 minute sprint session in a sectioned off area of the trade show floor in-between breakout sessions.

Ignition – $3,795

Your logo on a 3″ button worn by all event attendees as part of the famous button match game with $10 cash prizes.

A 3′ x 4′ signs with your logo and sponsorship credit will be placed on easels around the breakfast buffet and seating.

3′ x 4′ signs with your logo and sponsorship credit will be placed on easels around the reception, and special recognition will be made during an announcement at the reception. You many also supply branded napkins at your expense to be used at the reception.

Your logo on the grand prize raffle ticket used by all attendees to mark off the required booths and enter to win $400 cash. All tickets are dropped at your booth.

You supply the Lanyards (at your cost), with the style and design of your choice, that will be offered to all attendees as they enter the show.
