DOA Secretary Kathy Blumenfeld is a proven leader in the financial services industry, business, and government. She was appointed by Governor Tony Evers to lead the Department of Administration in January 2022, and previously led the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. As secretary, she leads the state’s flagship agency, where she has helped oversee Wisconsin’s multi-billion-dollar pandemic recovery and serves on the Boards of the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), the Wisconsin Center District and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC). She began her career as a Certified Public Accountant and spent 26 years of her financial services career with CUNA Mutual Group. She is passionate about community service, financial literacy, philanthropy, and tennis.
Kevin Chiappetta
SVP/Chief Education and Research Officer, Corporate Central Credit Union
Kevin is Senior Vice President / Chief Education & Research Officer of Corporate Central CU. In this role, he serves as a dedicated expert executive that educates, trains, and gives back to the movement by teaching and instructing on everything related to balance sheet management and risk mitigation.
Kevin’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI. Kevin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and an active member and volunteer for the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, VA. Kevin was elected to the CFA Society Milwaukee Board in July 2019 and elected as President in 2021. He has been an active member of the society for over 25 years. In December 2023, Kevin successfully completed the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Kevin also is a Lecturer in Finance, Business and Economics commonly referred to as an Adjunct Professor, at UW-Milwaukee at Marquette University.

Mark Galauner is a data storyteller with over 20 years’ experience in applying statistically-sound measurement, analysis, and reporting practices to drive improvement and innovation for credit unions as well as companies as diverse as Ernst and Young, Lockheed Martin, NASA, and even a psychic hotline! When he is not helping organizations better care for their customers and employees, Mark can be found teaching in the School of Communication at Cleveland State University where he is a published author and has been on the faculty since 1998.

Chelsi is a passionate communicator in both written and oral form and believes strong communication and story-telling are critical for organizational success.
